The Power Of Gratitude


Practice gratitude daily as you will not open yourself up to more abundance if you are not grateful for what you already have.

Morning Ritual: Wake up and start being grateful for everything and set the tone for your day.

Gratitude Journal: Get a journal and everyday write 10 or more things that you are grateful for now and why you are grateful for them as this puts you in an authentic state of gratitude. On the next page write your Gratitude Intentions as though you already have them and fell like you already have them..You must Feel and must believe...Remember that your intentions are essentially your goals and doing this on a daily basis along with taking action towards your goals work together to get you there faster as the universe loves , loves speed!

You can use this for any and every are of your life and create your best life!!!
