Stuff I Got on my Birthday

When is the best time to write a thoughtful post? As for me, when I'm in pain.

So here we are, stuff I got for my birthday that was last July.

#1 is Gcash. Haha
Gcash is an e-wallet and some of my friends sent amounts to buy ice cream and some sent for pocket money.

#2 is cash.
Aunt Lourdes dropped by the store and gave me 200 pesos which is 4 dollars.🤭

Cash and Gcash aid me with my bills that time, I did spend some treating myself with good food (mango) but most money went to my necessities and I'm so thankful.

#3 is just a coincidence. My sister's graduation. Haha

A day earlier, she graduated so I bought a cake for her to congratulate her. We didn't finish eating it so on the morrow, on my birthday, I had the leftover cake with my coffee. Haha

It was a great gift for me as someone who gave allowance for school, it marks the approaching end of budgeting for the expense. Haha

#4 stuff I got from my employer @hallmarkey2023

This is my favorite vegetable, may it be fried or for soup with mung beans. She got it from her garden and it tastes so good because it is so fresh.🤤

I had 2 hours with the pool at least this year and all thanks to her family. I was able to have that "recovery training" as to what the Gentleman's League 2 says about swimming. Haha

This chicken is so yummy folks, I will never forget the taste and she got it for me on their way home, her husband and she went a few towns away for an appointment. I wanna visit the place myself but maybe, on my next birthday! hahaha

Last but not least,

this shirt. It's a crop top but I have a high-waist skirt so I was able to wear it to church (sort of dedicating it first to the Lord ritual 🤭).

They may think I sort of take this thing lightly. I take things seriously and to the next level. I don't forget.

(The sad thing about not forgetting is, even with negative ones.)

They're so thoughtful and I should be grateful.

I am grateful.
I am amazed how gratefulness can change one's attitude, I'm kind of okay now when I was fuming when I began writing this. Haha

Maybe I should do this every day.
