2015년 12월 남북당국자회담이 결렬되자 국정원이 주도하는 Leadership Change를 포함한 작전을 박근혜 대통령이 결재했었다고...
국정원은 김대중 대통령 때 작전부서를 다 없앴기 때문에 작전 능력이 없을텐데, 우리 주도로 그런게 가능한지 모르겠다.
