My first town hall experience 🥂

Last week after rest day I had to attend work at the office as we would have our first town hall for our cluster. This program is for recognizing top performer agents with some updates about the company to be presented by our operations manager. It was a very nice experience to me and quite surprise because we were just few who attend. Regardless I enjoyed the time I had with my teammates and our team lead who I first saw in person since she was assigned to our team. At the same day, our operations manager held her birthday as well. We greeted her with cake, some cupcakes and foods for everyone. It was a great town hall experience.
