My First Coachella Experience

In July of the same year, 2018, a Coachella-themed event was held in Compostela, Cebu City. Jomie Hospital, Dodong Dave, Haymalaya, and Wonggoys are among the well-known Cebuano local artists/youtubers/bands performing at this concert.

I was given a free ticket to this concert by a friend, and I was really curious at the time about how it would feel to see your idols singing and dancing live on stage instead of just watching them on your phone screen. I brought a friend with me that night, and we had no idea that for the first 30 people to arrive early, there would be a special photoshoot with the guests mentioned. I was really ecstatic and excited because it would be my first time to have a photo with them. I can't really hide my excitement and nervous at the same time while in a photo with Jomie and Dave. I was like, "Oh my God, is this really happening" that kind of feeling. That night feels like a dream come true to me.

I really enjoyed their concert, and I love the theme they had, which is very unique. I didn't even have proper attire at the time, but I didn't care and just wore whatever I had. I just realized, wow, I had a lot of firsts in 2018!
