For many people, these days of quarantine are torture, since they are forced to socialize with the family or worse, coexist with themselves.

For many people, their worst enemy is the same, and because of their actions, their family does not support them, does not love them. The universe is so perfect that what we give that we receive.

So try not to see these days as torture, think about what you can rectify, think about improving your own relationship and family.

We all need this time of rest, this time of quarantine, our body, our mind, our soul, our family, and above all our beautiful planet.

Para muchas personas estos días de cuarentena son una tortura, pues se ven obligados a socializar con la familia o peor aun convivir con ellos mismos.

Para muchas personas su peor enemigo es el mismo, y por su actuar su familia no le soporta, no le quiere. El universo es tan perfecto que lo que damos eso recibimos.

Así que trate de no ver estos días como una tortura, piense en lo que puede rectificar, piense en mejorar su relación propia y familia.

Todos necesitamos este tiempo de reposo, este tiempo de cuarentena, nuestro cuerpo, nuestra mente, nuestra alma, nuestra familia, y sobretodo nuestro hermoso planeta.
