Hola amigo hoy les presento, la preparación de un delicioso plato típico de SEMANA SANTA.

Primero sancochamos el pescado con sal, para desmenuzarlo luego de estar desmenuzado procedemos a picar ají, cebolla ajo y sofreímos con aceite con onoto, cuando este bien sofrito agregamos el pescado sal pimienta.
