The Haunted House
One summer, while I was on my way to a Spring Resort, I passed by this “so called” haunted house. It was built in 1941. Owned by one of the locals in Carmen, Cebu City. Though the place is still inhabitted by the the owner’s next of kin, people in the area still are afraid to look at it at night. They claim to have seen figures on the house’ windows. Infact, on this photo, they’re saying they can see a figure - but I can’t seem to find it. Do you?
