My Introduction!

Hello all, my name is Darrick Terry. I am 44 Married Male with 5 girls. Yes all girls. Ranging from 13 to 30 years old. With 6 grandkids and one on the way, I am up to my neck on hugs and emotions. This is funny because I am the last person to care about anyone's feelings except there's. They are my world.

I spend most of my time playing video games, gardening and vacationing. Currently, I am building a video game multi-play machine that has over 10,000 games across 30 systems dating back to Atari 2600. As for my interests in gardening, I wasn't that interested in it until I started working at an organic waste recycling facility. We make compost and mulch out of yard waste. Since working there I am now very knowledgeable about mulch, soil, and gardens. I have 3 gardens and I am working on starting a community garden next to the local park. Now My traveling stems from not traveling when I was younger. My wife and I try to travel about 1 a month to anywhere and once a year out of the country.

This is a photo of our big family trip to Disney. We took all our kids and grandkids. I forgot to mention one of my oldest girls had a friend in foster care that was abandoned 1 month before she graduated from high school because she aged out. She was on the streets and had nowhere to go so we took her in. We also invited her and her daughter.

We just love traveling. We don't spend money on shoes, clothing, or any other superficial things. We would rather spend it all while on vacation.
