The Simple Stress-Relief Technique That Changed My Mood Instantly

Asslamoalekum and hello to my #hive family. I hope you people are having a great weekend. I am also doing great. In this blog, I will tell you about a simple but affective strategy of releasing stress boredom. I will tell you my experience about how I release my stress. Everyone has different strategy and method of overcoming anxiety and stress. Some go for long walk and do different exercises. Some spemd time with nature and some listen musicawhile others go for vacations. People who don't release stress and anxiety, their mental and physical health affect badly.

We are too much busy in our daily routine matters. Unfortuantely we don't have time for ourselves. Our hectic routine affect our health and we fall ill. If you want to lead a healthy and balanced life, you have to spare time for some stress relieving activities like listening music, hiking, spending time with nature, doing exercises and playing with children.

I have two daughters and a beautiful cute son. All my children are very beloved to me. Their bond with me is matchless. They are my real asset.

Now I will tell you about the method and strategy that I apply when I get bored. I plan to go for some outdoor games with my children. The beautiful dunes are located very close to my residence. Whenever stress and anxiety level increases, I go for some outdoor activities with my children. Believe me when I start playing with them, stress, anxiety, tension and boredom vanish very quickly. My mood changes from an angry, annoyed and stressed person to a loving ,caring and pleased person. I have read somewhere that whenever we spend time with children, cortisol harmoon that is depression and stress increasing harmon in our body decreases and dopamine, that is happiness increasing and pleasing harmoon increases gradually.

I clearly noticed when I was about to go for playing outdoor games with children, my mood was not good. But when I started playing with them, my mood instantly changed and I felt happiness and relaxation.

I played different games with my children. First me and my children started sliding on the sand. I recalled my childhood memories because I used to come here in the evening for playing different games. I couldn't control my emotions because lots of memories were attached with this place. My so many childhood evenings spent here on the dunes.

I played for almost half an hour with my beloved children. Believe me the stress and anxiety vanished like it wasn't existed. My mood changed after playing and spending time with children.

I recommend all of you to apply this stress relieving technique. Whenever stress and anxiety overcome you, do spend time with our children and play like a child with them. You will see astonishing results.
