Barley and Edamame Risotto (Indian style)
A Italian cuisine, this is not a garlic risotto its just a another creation from the Indians. It is prepared with Barley along with mascarpone cheese, red chillies, edamame and served with jalapeno chutney. Must try a very tasty Indian dish.
