The great Gautama Buddha said that freedom from suffering comes only from understanding suffering
We human beings continue to strive to escape from various sufferings by trying to distract ourselves perhaps by thinking and doing something else, many times we do it unconsciously because our "person" believes that it is the best way
However, not seeing that the only way to not suffer is to enter into the suffering itself, see it and stay there.

Sólo puedes dejar ir aquello de lo que eres consciente.
El gran Buda Gautama dijo que la liberación del sufrimiento sólo se consigue comprendiendo el sufrimiento.
Los seres humanos seguimos intentando escapar de los diversos sufrimientos intentando distraernos quizás pensando y haciendo otra cosa, muchas veces también lo hacemos de forma inconsciente porque nuestra “persona” cree que es la mejor manera.
Sin embargo, no ver que la única manera de no sufrir es entrar en el sufrimiento mismo, verlo y quedarse ahí...
