No podemos pasarnos la vida "actuando" , como si nos tuvieran mirando y siempre digo que, para cuidar nuestra autoestima, y ser perseverantes, constantes, sólidos necesitamos tener presente no solo las cosas que queremos cambiar, sino también aquellas que nos gustan y nos definen para valorar en el trayecto los objetivos esenciales y alcanzar las metas…los sueños …eso que trabajamos a diario , bien enfocados, escuchando nuestros pensamientos para reflexionar sobre ellos y permitir la flexibilidad en cada paso que damos en la construcción de los mismos, y siendo nuestro mejor “YO”… ¡Solo confiando para soltar lo que nos vulnera e impactar en lo que creemos construir!

We cannot spend our lives "acting", as if we were being watched. and I always say that, to take care of our self-esteem, and to be perseverant, constant, solid, we need to keep in mind not only the things we want to change, but also those that we like and define us to value on the way the essential objectives and achieve the goals .... dreams ...that which we work on daily, well focused, listening to our thoughts to reflect on them and allow flexibility in each step we take in building them, and being our best "SELF"... Just trusting to let go of what violates us and impact what we believe in building!
