Cuando el equipo se encuentra en remoto (Teletrabajo) es importante que esté motivado y puedas gestionarlo en tiempo real con espacios para conversar y conocer cómo se sienten, qué es lo que les preocupa o lo que les gustaría mejorar… ¡Esta interacción (Actividad) recomiendo hacerla una vez a la semana, esto crea relaciones colaborativas productivas con grandes resultados para todos!
