Happy Easter Sunday

It's Easter Sunday, everyone! If there's one thing that changed over time is that I prioritize my sleep over anything else. So this morning, I slept in for an additional hour. Not that it's the best practice, though. I've been planning to go on a morning jog for the longest time but it never happened.

After waking up, I then make myself a nice cup of brewed coffee. Yesterday, we bought some fruits in the market so I'm having an avocado toast for breakfast.


There were still quite a few remaining avocadoes so we made some dessert from it.

We simply add a spoonful of condensed milk to sweeten the avocadoes and it's good to go.

Today is the last day of the holiday and tomorrow is already a work day. Im so not ready to face work again. Haha. To motivate myself, I watch vlogs and videos in Facebook about a "day in my life" of corporate employees. Here's one of my favorite Youtuber's video:

Sometimes, we really need to motivate ourselves because if not us, the who else is gonna give us that extra push?

Sometimes, I like to fantasize about my day to day life- making myself a cup of coffee in a nice mug, reading and journaling, watching pink skies while listening to my favorite music, and dressing nicely. These simple moments really helped in giving extra push to finish my day.


Today is about getting ready for work tomorrow. Some task in my checklist includes cleaning my desk, do my laundry, and washing my shoes.

Lastly, let's not forget to celebrate Easter Sunday, by listening to mass in church or simply by praying in silence.
