High Protein Breakfast

As you all know for muscle building we need to take high protein meal. And I'm going to show you some very tasty meal for breakfast.

No.01. Bread and Omelette with protein shake:

You can have 3 to 4 slice of bread and 4 to 5 egg whites with 1 scoop of whey protein. For fat and protein you can add peanut butter to the bread for taste and health. On this meal you almost get 40 to 50 gram of protein

No.02. Protein pancakes:

You can have 4 to 5 slice of pancakes on your breakfast. It is simple to make, use 2 to 3 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 tsp baking powder. And for extra healthy fats you can add peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, etc. And again you can get 35 to 45 gram of protein.
