Word of the Day is SHAITAN

The new Conflicts card is Zarin the Scorch.

A good time to delve into what kind of creature Zarin is.

It turns out that Zarin is type of Djinn.

"Djinn are shapeshifters able to transform into an elemental form. However, even in humanoid form, they retain some characteristics of the element to which they are aligned, usually via either their hair or skin. In spite of their long lifespans, djinn rarely reproduce, with females typically having no more than one offspring." - Splinterlands Lore

There are 6 types of Djinn; Efreet, Marid, Dao, Jann, Khayal & Shaitan.

With Zarin being s Shaitan - a dragon djinn.

And for the 2nd Word of the Day - PhaseWard - we will take a look at this ability.

"At the start of battle, the unit in front of this unit gains Phase."

I quite enjoy these little ability mechanics that can buff a team unit to make them more resilient in battle.
