Napoli happy new year!!!!

This year i and my boyfriend decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at.. Napoli !!!!! we went to my friend's relatives house and they hosted us as only Neapolitans can do .. very friendly and very generous.
We discovered that in the night of New Year's Eve in Naples, dinner is from 19 pm until 3 am and the menu is typically based on fish ( minimum five courses of fish).
While the tradition wants that lunch of 1 January is typically based on meat!
When i write "typically" I mean that tradition wants it and nobody can deviate from this rule ahahahah
In addition to food, and in addition to Neapolitans' heat , I was surprised by the amount of barrels at midnight !! my God it looks like war field!!!!!
