Hola a todxs!!! Comienzo mis historias sobre cocinar, crear en la parte gastronómica de mi vida. Desde hace ya casi un año nació "Me gusta" un nombre que ideamos mi hijo y yo. Él se llama Gustavo y yo de cariño le digo Gusta....así que de allí partió todo.
He pasado por varios productos que poco a poco les iré compartiendo. Hoy les presento la mermelada de Arándanos.
Todo lo que elaboramos lo hacemos nosotros. La fruta la cosechan unos amigos en la zona y nosotros los seleccionamos y hacemos la mermelada. Que no contiene azúcar, ni aditivos químicos. Es 100% natural.

Y así la probamos con chapati, que es una especie de pan de yuca que también hacemos nosotros.

Para finalizar reflexionamos sobre la comida y la necesidad de alimentarnos de verdad, con productos naturales, orgánicos que nos brinden los nutrientes que requiere nuestro cuerpo y así vivir con mayor calidad. Abrazos!!!
