Quickie in Cali

Once upon a weekend last week, I went to California to visit my family and friends for the first time in almost a year since I moved to Texas! I got in last Thursday morning and was in the comfort of my Texas home by Sunday afternoon. I thought I’d share with ya some of the things I’ve missed and got to enjoy during this little quickie back home...

  1. Definitely missed my little kiddo’s and fam bam! I have 9 nieces and nephews, 2 Goddaughters and 12 other little cousins who I enjoy spending some play time with! You can always catch me in the jumper with them at a get together. D11E406F-9373-4391-8565-CEA628E75128.jpeg This her is Arabella! 🤗

  2. Duh... laughing it up with my friends! Friday night was absolutely the best! I got together with some of my oldest best friends and we enjoyed some hard laughs all night while we did a bit of bowling and jenga at a new social house in town! Sersiously, the best times were had. Hard. Here’s a group shot!535ABA61-D60C-4F80-8DF0-76871E56AB63.jpeg

  3. The VIEWS! Ugh... when I was driving (or being driven, is more like it) around town and through Dana Point, I was awed by the views that California has to offer. I’ve missed it so much!! The mountains and hills with the vast ocean set between the peaks is sooo beautiful and never gets old! Here’s a brief shot of the scenery behind my cousins and I atop Dana Point. We totes matched on accident. That was kind of a cute moment ☺️76F0BA7F-8260-4B03-B35C-1757DD897332.jpeg

So there. That’s pretty much all I need from California. Some friends and family with some views and I’m good! I packed my things back up and headed home after dinner for moms bday, an epic Friday night and a family gathering. It was perfs!

I hope y’all are having s great night! xo
