Chocolate Pudding mixed with Palm Sugar
Hello hive friends, yesterday I visited a friend's house to stay in touch because we haven't seen each other for about 1 year. Arriving there, we were very engrossed in telling each other about our lives now. Each of us has a small family after we got married and was blessed with a child.
We were so engrossed in selling out, that we didn't see the time, it turned out that we had been telling each other for 2 hours already. In the middle of the conversation, my friend served chocolate pudding mixed with palm sugar. It tastes really good. We really like it, even our children including mine eat it voraciously and feel less because it's finished, hehehe.
Back home, my daughter, Lylla. asked me to make the pudding. Luckily I had asked my friend before the recipe to make anything. Immediately, the next day I made the pudding.
I prepared 2 sachets of coconut milk, one egg, palm sugar, white sugar, vanilly and agar-agar powder. First I cook it with palm sugar water until it crumbles, then add the eggs, agar-agar powder, coconut milk, white sugar and vanilla, cook until it boils and then pour it into the mold. Leave it for about an hour to turn into pudding. And then I cooked for the second layer, namely brown agar powder, put it in a pan with coconut milk and white sugar, add a little water and cook until it boils. After the first layer has hardened, pierce the top and pour the second layer of pudding. And so. Chocolate pudding mixed with palm sugar.
And ofcourse Lylla really likes it, Thank you.
