3K Running in Cloudy Morning

Cloudy weather doesn't make me afraid to run in the morning, in fact, cloudy weather feels much lighter to help us breathe compared to when the sun is hot. That's why I prefer and am used to running in the morning compared to the afternoon. The earlier it is, the better the air will be, that's my motto in running.

However, because the dawn is too long, it makes me have to postpone my morning run until the sun is a little brighter. Crime means I can't run in the morning when it's still dark, there are many horrific incidents if you dare to go out when everyone is still fast asleep. Crime such as being robbed or even murdered is very scary. Because it happens because many people want the property we carry, including money, wallets and also cellphones. Why does that happen? There are many people who are crazy and want quick money to buy drugs, it's really scary.

To avoid this, I run at 6 am to 7 am. With simple running shoes that I bought from a website at a discount. I am very comfortable wearing flat shoes like this, the color is also modern. Asics is my second favorite brand after Nike, but I prefer it because it is made of suede on the outside. The problem that often occurs with my shoes is the hole in the little toe, because my feet are a little wide.

The scenery I saw today was as usual, nothing special. But I got something very good in my breathing today. I really like this activity, it can reduce my stress even though every morning I feel lazy to start, but if 1km has passed, I will be more enthusiastic.
