Getting out of the routine is very important to learn to lead a healthy and happy life, sometimes it is essential to take some time to relax in order to cope with the stress and exhaustion generated by work and the situations of this modern society. Sometimes the simple fact of going to a bar with friends and having a few drinks is an activity that strengthens human relationships and at the same time allows us to forget our worries and problems.

Salir de la rutina es muy importante para aprender a llevar una vida sana y alegre, a veces es fundamental tomarse ratos de distensión para poder sobrellevar el estrés y el agotamiento que nos genera el trabajo y las situaciones propias de esta sociedad moderna. En ocasiones el simple hecho de acercarnos a un bar en compañía de amigos y tomarse algunas copas es una actividad que fortalece las relaciones humanas y al mismo tiempo nos permite olvidarnos de las preocupaciones y los problemas.

Había para elegir entre el famoso Etiqueta Negra, un buen Chivas o el tradicional Santa Teresa, la verdad es que se trata de un espacio en donde podemos disfrutar de las mezclas más reconocidas y envidiables a nivel mundial, mientras escuchamos una armoniosa melodía de fondo, conversamos con nuestros amigos y los deleitamos con algún delicioso platillo.

Hacer esto un día miércoles es romper por completo con la rutina y la cotidianidad que nos rodea, es tomarse un break para poder respirar y disfrutar de la sencillez de la vida, la cual está hecha de pequeños momentos y con base en ellos es que se construyen grandes recuerdos, se planifican los sueños y se asumen grandes retos. Hoy pase un rato agradable en donde pude divertirme y al mismo tiempo tomarme unas copas, se trató de un momento en donde todo era armonía, felicidad, optimismo y especialmente un lugar en donde reinaba la paz.
