Introduction

Hi everybody. This is not my first post on steemit, but it is my introductory post.

I started this account about a year and a half ago. At that time I was heavily into the Qanon conspiracy theory and I was trying to make some money out of all the interest it generated. I failed to see any results and lost interest in promoting it.

But now I am back, with something a bit different.

For the last year I've been writing a book. It's part fantasy fiction and part autobiography.

I started writing the book because of two traumatic events which had been playing themselves in my mind over and over again for years. I once heard from a wise man that if you have a memory which is more than 18 months old and it still causes you a negative emotional reaction when you think of it, that likely means you haven't properly processed it yet. That wise man also said that a good way to process the memory would be to write a story about it, so you can clearly see the factors that cause the event to happen and how it has effected you since.

So that's what I did. I've nearly finished the book and have started publishing it. Rather than finish it all and then publish it, I decided to break it up into a series of smaller books. When I first started writing this book I thought it was going to be about religion and recovery from mental illness. But as I have worked my way through the events of my life and remembered what has happened (I used to have very bad amnesia) I have realised that my story is further reaching than I ever could have imagined. There was a long time when I thought I should keep my book under wraps and just share it with family and friends so they could understand me. The last two weeks have been quite a revelation for me and I see that I must share my story with the world. My words and actions have had a far greater impact than I ever could have anticipated and now it is time for me to set the record straight.

Consider this book my testament. The world needs to know how I made such mistakes as I have.

This book is also the start of my apology. It is the beginning of my effort to make amends.
