Sustaining network through skill and Knowledge
Networking happens to be the process of meeting new people for various reasons, which can be either for business or recreational purposes. This obviously boils down to value creation, which is an important aspect of sustainability. Some of us may be familiar with the concept of what he or she brings to the table or what he or she offers. In friendship, we realized that people most often feel comfortable with those of the same mindset, which is why a good friend will want both of them to grow together. In cases where that doesn't work out as expected, the friendship will start fading, and to some extent, communicating will be a problem.
It is not that they aren't friends, but the daily engagements may not favor whosoever is involved, communicating at ease with the other. Well, it is always sad to know this, but this is the truth anyway. What is the essence of this? The answer is value.
How do you create value?
Before going into value creation proper, the concept of value happens to be making something desirable, which is tilting towards "How do you make something desirable?" If someone desires something, they go for it. Whether it is positive or negative, You don't go for what you don't desire. Having to see it from a perspective where we want to be desired means we should hold something valuable.
You want to sustain a network; what are you doing to make that effective?
This particular question usually places most of us off balance because a deep look at what it is leaves us with one or no answer to the question. Having a skill gives one leverage in a particular setting, which is not just keeping you a mere person but obviously stands out. There are a lot of skills to engage in, and a very focused-based individual who is ready to multitask has the privilege to stay ahead.
It is advisable to channel our energy towards building ourselves rather than spending time creating networks that may not stand the test of time. When due acquisition of skill is made, it gives one leverage on being confident and ready to represent when need arises. The time to build is always limited, which is why building when it is due is the perfect approach to value creation.
In conclusion, holding something valuable gives you an opportunity not to be dependent but to be impactful on whatever occasion you find yourself.
