Hola amigos de @Holos&Lotus, la participación en la Iniciativa #2, La Culpa es un fardo muy pesado ha superado mi expectativa; 16 entradas que aquí les muestro han dejado al descubierto el alma de cada autor. ¡Cuanto crecimiento en cada texto, cuantas enseñanzas!

Cuando los temas son de regocijo personal, es más fácil dejar correr la palabra en consonancia con los sentimientos. Sin embargo abrir el corazón para mostrar zonas dolorosas o heridas, es admirable. En complejo el ejercicio de autoanalizarse y sin embargo lo damos de la mejor manera que sabemos: escribiendo.
@Holos&Lotus nos brinda su hogar para tranquilamente y en un ambiente familiar contar nuestras emociones. Todos no pueden participar por cuestión de tiempo, diversidad de temas y otras iniciativas, pero los comentarios a los post dejan un bagaje de enseñanzas.
En los días en que estuvo vigente esta iniciativa, estuve atenta a la presencia de este sentimiento y pude apreciar que la culpa es algo que nos instalan desde pequeños y va creciendo y tomando variados matices y connotaciones. Se dibujan como obstáculos para crearnos conflictos y dudas. Una vez vencidos salimos fortalecidos, porque la vida se trata de soltar la carga, avanzar, crecer.
Crecí en un hogar donde siempre se ha insinuado que todos los defectos genéticos de mi hermano más pequeño son culpa de mi padre quien evidentemente padeció esquizofrenia. El apellido va en nuestra alma como un fardo muy pesado, una Cruz. He dedicado tiempo a cambiar ese esquema que tanto pesa en la conciencia por frases de aceptación, educativas y recofortantes. Cada uno de estos textos vienen a fortalecer esa obra de paz, union y amor.
En estas historias es recurrente el escenario familiar, el hogar y sus convivencias. Son detonantes las fisuras generacionales y sobre todo la sepación que todo ser humano debe enfrentar cuando un ser querido trasciende o lo hacemos según lo tenemos marcado.
Es un desafio elegir un texto, dos, tres entre tanto desborde de emociones y buena escritura. Esos son los rasgos fundamentales en la creación de un buen contenido que construye, sana y educa. No venimos a premiar el dolor sino la grandeza, la capacidad de discernir y la habilidad para contagiarnos con sus historias.

When the topics are about personal joy, it's easier to let the word flow in harmony with one's feelings. However, opening one's heart to reveal painful areas or wounds is admirable. Its complexity lies in the exercise of self-analysis and giving it in the best way we know how: writing.
@Holos&Lotus has shown us their home so we can calmly and in a familiar environment share our emotions. Not everyone can participate due to time constraints, a variety of topics, and initiatives, but the comments on the posts have also provided a wealth of lessons.
During the days this initiative was in effect, I was attentive to the presence of this feeling and I was able to appreciate that guilt is something instilled in us from a young age, and it grows, taking on various nuances and connotations. It is portrayed as obstacles to create conflicts and doubts. Once we overcome, we emerge stronger, because life is about letting go, moving forward, growing.
I grew up in a home where it was always implied that all of my younger brother's genetic defects were the fault of my father, who evidently suffered from schizophrenia. The last name carries with it a heavy burden, a cross. I have dedicated time to replacing that pattern that weighs so heavily on my conscience with accepting, educational, and comforting phrases. Each of these texts serves to strengthen that work of peace, unity, and love.
The family setting, the home, and its coexistence are recurrent in these stories. Generational rifts are triggered, and above all, the separation that every human being must face when a loved one passes away, or we do so as we have been told.
It's a challenge to choose one, two, three texts from so much emotional overflow and good writing. These are the fundamental traits in creating good content that builds, heals, and educates.
We don't come to reward pain, but rather greatness, the capacity for discernment, and the ability to be touched by their stories.
