Shadow that Saves - Shadow Hunters - Smash Contest 403

Greetings to all shadow lovers. The shadows I bring you today don't form artistic figures, but I hold great affection for them. In the mornings when I go to the city center, the first sun projects onto the river like a mirror, and on this bridge, it leaves its shadow.

These shadows have a peculiar power; I focus on them to avoid looking at a kind of void that gives me vertigo. A while ago, I used to tell myself that if, at the precise moment I'm on that section without railings, a car honks its horn, I'd end up in the precipice.

That's why I'm grateful for this opportunity the light gives me upon the railings, to dispel my fears. Shadows are a way of recognizing the power of light.
