Mi hijo hace un nuevo brazalete

Saludos querida comunidad, hace unos días mi hijo me manifestó la idea de hacer un brazalete en la técnica macramé esta vez con temática de pollitos, por su puesto que siempre apoyo sus ideas y comenzamos a buscar juntos algunas imágenes de referencia o algún patrón gratuito en Internet, entonces fue así cómo conseguimos uno que a el le encantó, se trataba de un diseño compartido en la página de braceletbook, la cual siempre tiene patrones increíbles, lo segundo que hizo fue buscar en mis materiales los hilos de los colores necesarios y puso a manos a la obra.

Greetings dear community, a few days ago my son told me about his idea to make a macrame bracelet, this time with a chick theme. Of course, I always support his ideas, and we started looking together for some reference images or a free pattern on the internet. That's how we found one that he loved; it was a design shared on the braceletbook website, which always has amazing patterns. The next thing he did was look through my materials for the threads in the necessary colors and get to work.

Rafael ha evolucionado paso a paso a su propio ritmo y ha mantenido también su propia forma de trabajar, la mayoría de las veces cuando son patrones sencillos en lugar de dibujarlos en su libreta prefiere que le pase la imagen a su tableta y trabajar observando directamente desde allí.

Por otro lado prefiere trabajar por las mañanas o incluso hasta en la noche, fuera de mis vista y solo me llama para que le corte los hilos anudadores cuando ya no los necesita y para que observe su progreso, ya es capaz de continuar en esta técnica sin que yo le ayude en nada mas que esconder los hilos al finalizar, el hace absolutamente todo, desde montar los hilos, seguir el patrón de nudos, corregir algun nudo si por casualidad se equivoca de color y también hace las trenzas al finalizar.

On the other hand, he prefers to work in the mornings or even at night, out of my sight, and only calls me to cut the knotting threads when he no longer needs them and to observe his progress. He is already able to continue with this technique without my help other than hiding the threads at the end. He does absolutely everything, from assembling the threads, following the knot pattern, correcting any knots if he accidentally uses the wrong color, and also making the braids at the end.

Aun recuerdo los viejos tiempos cuando si apenas se equivocaba en un color y sw sentía tan frustrado por deshacer un nudo que hasta se le salían las lagrimas, ahora eso nunca pasa, casi nunca comete errores y su lo hace lo corrige sin frustrarse, estoy tan orgullosa de él que no cabe en mi pecho la emoción que siento al observarlo concentrado, sin embargo, el tiempo no pasa en vano y ya esta mostrando cambios que yo supongo son normales a su edad, como por ejemplo que ya no le gusta que le tomé tantas fotos, por eso no comparto tantas fotos de el trabajando, sin embargo, le pedí que me permitiera grabar un poquito para poder mostrarles a ustedes la habilidad que tiene para hacer los nudos en macramé 🥰, debo decir además que el brazalete le quedó precioso con él.

I still remember the old days when if he made even the slightest mistake with a color, he’d get so frustrated untying a knot that he’d even cry. Now that never happens. He almost never makes mistakes, and if he does, he corrects them without getting frustrated. I’m so proud of him that my heart overflows with emotion when I see him concentrating. However, time doesn’t stand still, and he’s already showing changes that I suppose are normal for his age, like the fact that he doesn’t like me taking so many pictures of him anymore. That’s why I don’t share many photos of him working. However, I asked him to let me record a little bit so I could show you all his skill at making macrame knots 🥰. I must also say that the bracelet turned out beautifully on him.
