No iba a dejar que tanto mango se echara a perder en los patios de El Jíbaro.

¡Con lo dulces y lo jugosos que salieron este año!! 😋

Así que puse manos a la obra y todo el proceso de elaboración de la pulpa en conserva se hizo manual y en fogón de leña.

No iba a esperar por la corriente para poder usar la batidora. ☺️☺️☺️

Bueno, en realidad solo les muestro la primera tanda de mangos y pulpas. Ya de la segunda y la tercera tanda tuvo que ocuparse mi familia, porque yo ya estaba reventado de cansancio 😅.
