Un cariñoso saludo, de nuevo por aquí a todas las personas que participan de esta comunidad de Threeshorts😀😎

Me vi en la necesidad de tratar este tema tan importante de no juzgar a otras personas cuando nos comparten sus problemas o preocupaciones, ya que en muchas ocasiones me sentí juzgada dando a conocer situaciones que en ciertos momentos de mi vida me preocupaban muchísimo y también me hacían sentir bastante mal😔

Por eso tuve la urgencia de lanzar un mensaje directo y conciso para decirte que no juzgues!! Porque la persona que recurre a ti a contarte cómo se siente ante determinadas situaciones y a veces a pedirte consejo, de primeras busca sentirse escuchado y apoyado.

Y si después de eso, te sientes capacitado para ayudarle a resolver su problema…perfecto!! Y sino, se sentirá igualmente respaldado por tí y eso seguro le ayudará a encontrar una solución.

Pero si en algún momento tú eres la persona que necesita ser escuchada por otros sabrás muy bien de lo que estoy hablando.

Más que nada porque evitando el juicio ajeno, podemos evitar males mayores aunque no lo creas y tal cual como lo cuento en el video.

Escucha activamente a la persona que te está hablando y haciéndolo así, seguro después sabrás que camino tomar para seguir apoyando a esa persona.

Confío en que este video te haga reflexionar sobre el tema!!

I saw myself in the need to deal with this very important issue of not judging other people when they share their problems or concerns with us, since on many occasions I felt judged by making known situations that at certain moments in my life worried me a lot and they also made me feel pretty bad😔

That is why I had the urgency to send a direct and concise message to tell you that do not judge!! Because the person who turns to you to tell you how he feels in certain situations and sometimes to ask you for advice, first of all Seeks to feel heard and supported.

And if after that, you feel qualified to help him solve his problem...perfect! And if not, they will feel equally supported by you and that will surely help them find a solution.

But if at any time you are the person who needs to be heard by others, you will know very well what I am talking about.

More than anything because avoiding the judgment of others, we can avoid greater evils even if you don't believe it and just as I tell it in the video.

Actively listen to the person who is speaking to you and by doing so, surely later you will know which way to go to continue supporting that person.
