Made it back to Lobitos, Peru.
One year, four months, and an ongoing pandemic later.....
I finally made it back to my beloved chunk of Peruvian coastline, where some of the best concentrations of surfing are available and its 99.999% offshore.
It was good to see a lot of friends and people I know here. The little village is taking quite a big economic hit at the moment.
There are tourists around but they are overwhelmingly national and have been a lifeline to many small family businesses in Lobitos.
I haven't posted anything on-chain for quite a few months and it was good to take a small break from it all.
Here are a few pictures from walking back home after seeing a friend or two.
A new piece of art since I have been away.
Symbolic of local fishing heritage.
Some of the best sunsets in the World are here. Phone camera doesn't do it justice.
I hope to be posting a bit more from now on. Hopefully inspiring a few locals to start posting and interacting with the community here.
