Made at home pork dumplings.
Yesterday I found a bag of minced pork meat and I instantly thought of making dumplings. The recipe is super easy. For the dough it is 100g of water, 60ml of water and a pinch of salt. Mix together in a ball and knead until soft. Let this rise for an hour. In the meantime, to make the filling, place a good portion of minced pork meat in a bowl. Add one bulb of crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Shred finely some parsley and add this too. Mix well and set aside.
Take a small piece of dough and roll it out as thin as you want it.
Place a good spoonful of filling.
Seal it up.
Place on a bed of sliced carrots and steam for 5 minutes.
Out of the steamer and served up with fish and soya sauces.
