I don't mind as long as I am not the main focus

We are living in a digital world and all of us have smartphone. Thinking about life without a smartphone is nearly impossible because it became a part and parcel of our daily life. At least I can't imagine a life without a smartphone. Camera feature is the most interesting feature of smartphone and most of us give priority to the camera feature while buying a smartphone. I think all of us love to capture pictures and many of us share it in social media. The young generation is very easy going in this case.

We have camera or smartphone camera and we are allowed to capture any pictures as we want because those devices belong to us. It's true that we are allowed to capture pictures anywhere, even if it's the public places, but it does not mean that we can take picture of anyone. We are not allowed to intentionally take pictures of any random person without their permission because it's not ethical. Before taking pictures of anyone, it's advisable to take permission of the person.

In my country, it is a crime to take the picture of anyone without their permission. If the person as well as the victim may complain to the police station, the person who captured picture will be punished by law because of harassment. But it does not mean that we will be punished because of capturing the picture of our friends, even if it is taken without their permission. I don't think it's anything serious in that case and friends is not also going to make a complaint against us either.

Let's talk about a different scenario. We capture pictures in public places. And many times we take picture of others people unintentionally. In such a case, most of the people don't even understand that they are pictured are being taken in someone else frame. They can understand each one. We upload the picture in social media. It's because in recent days we can detect ourselves if we are found in anyone else's frame easily. I'm quite sure that most of the people owned mind if they are not the main focus of the picture as I already said most of the young generation are easy going.

Will I mind if I found myself in the social media picture in anyone else frame? To be honest, I don't mind to find myself in anyone else's frame unless I am the main focus of the picture and I won't complain about it in that case. But if I am the main focus of the picture obviously I will mind for sure and I will tell the person to remove the picture otherwise I will take legal action against the user for sure. It's because I think that persons don't deserve the right to publish my picture without my permission and it's a serious crime to upload it. It's better for that person to apologize to me otherwise he will face serious consequences for it does not matter if I face any difficulties for uploading the picture or not.
