TTT W217 - Ozzy Osbourne

Aight... I'm back at it once again, after taking a few weeks for a surgery.

This TTT is dedicated to the Prince of Darkness - Ozzy Osbourne who passed on to the other side today at the age of 76, due to complications of Parkinson's.

Ozzy Osbourne was a Rock-N-Roll Icon who will be missed by many. I saw him live twice, once in Germany 1984 at the Monsters of Rock concert at Nuremberg.. and once at Hammerjacks in Baltimore MD, right after Zakk Wylde took over on guitar after Jake E. Lee.

I'm selecting some tunes from the different eras of Ozzy, starting with Black Sabbath. 🤘

First up we have: War Pigs by Black Sabbath

War Pigs.. is track one from the Paranoid album released on 9/18/1970. This Black Sabbath album rocked from start to finish.. with tracks like Iron Man, Paranoid and Fairies Wear Boots. 😎

Next up we have Crazy Train which is track two from the Blizzard of Ozz album released 9/12/1980. I got this album when it was released.. and I played it on repeat, I couldn't get enough of Randy Rhoads on guitar.

With tunes like I Don't Know, Suicide Solution and Mr. Crowley this album is simply awesome.

Next up we got Bark at the Moon which is track one from the Bark at the Moon album released on 11/14/1983. I saw this tour, it was an amazing set. This solo from Bark at the Moon is one for the ages.. hits you right in the face.

This album has some other cool tunes like Rock 'N' Rebel and Center of Eternity.

Next up we got Mama, I'm Coming Home which is track three from the No More Tears album released on 9/17/1991. Memorable tunes from this album for me are No More Tears and Hellraiser.

Ozzy has had so many good songs, it's hard to choose just three.. er four! 😁
