Drawing a Young Man with a Blue Ballpoint Pen | Step-by-Step Process

Hello everyone. I trust that you're doing great. Today has been a very beautiful day. Even the Sunday and the second to last Sunday of the month and it's been great so far.

Today I would love to share with you the drawing I made and I hope you like it. It's a drawing of a young man which I drew using a blue ballpoint pen. And to be honest with you I'm really satisfied with the outcome of this drawing. I never expected it to be so good.

So in this article I'm going to share with you the steps I took in the making of this drawing.

First Step

First step I took was to use scribbling method to draw the hairy curly part of the head. And after the curly hairs I drew his eyebrows his eye socket his nostril and a little bit of the upper lip.

The second step I took in the making of this drawing was where I completed drawing the overall shape of the face where you can see the cheek and the chin or jaw. And I drew the lower lip the teeth and completed the upper lip as well.

And I also drew a little bit of the ears and part of the clothing the young man was sporting on.

Third Step

On the third step I completed the drawing of the clothing. I added more details to his neck and some parts of his body especially the clothing material he was wearing.

I also went ahead to draw more lines curly lines on the section of his hairs to make it look more thick in such a way that it looked more realistic and I was impressed with the outcome.

And then I drew the eyeballs and everything was complete. I added more lines more touches to some parts and that's it. The drawing was complete.
