Suicide Will Not Solve The Depression

The depression in the world seem to be on a daily increase. Few days ago, young guy from Nigeria committed suicide. You can check him on Facebook by the name Chukwuemeka Akachi, he wrote about his suicide before he eventually did it two days back.

Yea, suicide is not the solution to depression but then it takes a higher force from within to control the thought of suicide when one is really depressed.

I can tell a bit of the effect of depression because I went through it last year when I spent an extra year in the university and yesterday I shared a bit of that experience on my WhatsApp status update and I felt I should share it here too.

Let's learn to speak out when depressed and also listen to people when they are depressed and don't add to their depression if you can't help solve their current state of depression.
