How I made myself a blood tonic leave tea
Hello #Homesteading hope you are all doing great, it's been a long time that I've not posted here. Today I am going to share my knowledge on how to prepare hospital is too far tea or you can call it blood tonic tea.
This morning I woke up and I was feeling dizzy and my whole body was weak, I didn't know what to do and I don't have any drugs in the house and I am the only one in the house, as was thinking of how to help my self I remembered that I have this hospital is too far plant in my garden which is just at my backyard, and I know that when someone is losing strength that person maybe lacking blood so I proceeded to my garden.
When I reach my garden, I cut a little of the hospital is too far leave then took it to my house to prepare it.
The procedure for the preparation of blood tonic leave tea.
To prepare this tea you need few steps
Step 1
The first thing I did is to pluck the quantity I needed from it original stem.
Step 2
The second step is to put it in the bowl and Wash it like 2 to 3 times but I wash it 2 times.
Step 3
After washing the blood tonic leave I then transferred it to a kettle you can use a pot of you want but I used a kettle and added two glasses of water and then put it on fire. Now I boiled it for about 10 minutes so that it can bring out the best tea colour as you can see it in the picture below.
Step 4
This is the final step, after boiling it for ten minutes, then I brought it down from the gas and alow it to cool then I now turned it to a cup and then took it, after about five minutes I took it I started regaining back my strength.
In case you don't want to drink it row you can add milk also. Some people prefer using it to make soup however you prepare it you own it all for the same purpose. But I like making it as tea.
