Boh Meuria dikenal juga dengan Salak Aceh karena kulitnya mirip dengan kulit salak. Boh Meuria ini sudah mulai susah atau langka di Aceh. Sebelum terjadinya Tsunami, Boh Meuria Teupejruek adalah oleh-oleh khas dari Aceh Barat (Meulaboh) - Indonesia.
