Kambo

For those who have been administering this frog venom to get rid of sickness and bad energy, it is important to consider trapped air as a form of bad energy being expelled. Not just bile and water.

Today I did 17 dots, and when the vomiting was almost done I started jumping and stretching and sticking my finger in to try to get more stuff out. This resulted in me puking some more bile.

There almost needs to be a dialogue as you are puking to try to chase the demons out. Tell them to get out, and that they no longer belong here.
