FEELINGS fly through my mind like a moth to a flame
WAVES of doubt shadow my thoughts like an uninvited house guest
LOSS of breath overcomes me and anxiety has covered my mouth and taken me hostage.
GETTING LOST in a trance,
Fighting to stay focussed on nature and its natural essence of beauty BREAKS down the barrier of emotion and stress that releases onto me.
I CLOSE MY EYES and take a deep breath and count to ten.
