Abuja is the capital city of my country, Nigeria. There are 36 states in Nigeria, excluding Abuja, which is the Federal Capital Territory. It's a beautiful place to be. A fast growing and a welcoming city. The city of Abuja is the seat of the government of Nigeria. The presidency dwells in this fascinating and phenomenal city, "Aso Rock, is the home of the president to be precised"

Abuja was created, and caved out because of the congestions that was very disturbing in the city of Lagos State that was the country's state capital. before then.. Lagos State being a sea port prior to this very time in the history of Nigeria. By 1991, the official shifting of the seat of the government of this great country was effected.

Abuja is a Well planned city and solidly built by quality town planners since 1976 it came into existence by the then Military head of states, Major General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, the then military head of the state of my country, Nigeria, still alive.

Abuja is a home for all, acommodating so many government parastetals, embassies, offices and all sorts of people. Abuja is totally a lively city for everyone that loves to explore excellence, lovely buildings, roads, greeenaries, there are little or no traffic congestions on the roads of Abuja, except that recently as I went back there and noticed that it's gradually getting so crowded again like Lagos State.

You know; Nigeria is the largest and most populated black nation in Africa and in the entire world. Abuja (Abj) as we fundly call it has the most spacecios roads, canals, bridges, and water Ways. People from all works of life dwell in this very city. I and my family lived in this fascinating city for good 10 years, we resided in Gwarinpa, Jahi and lastly Dawaki extension before we relocated back to our own state and city in Abia state, Nigeria.

House rents for ordinary two bedroom flats goes in millions of Naira per year, the Nigerian currency, it's too expensive to maintain as our children were starting their higher education in their universities, we decided to cut our coat according to our cloth.

We relocated into our own house in our own state. Our family home is in the center of the city in our state, we lost nothing at all. Everything about house rent and managing of spaces is gone for good.

The plan started from 1976, but was actualized in 1991 till date. The indigenous people of Abuja is the Hausa tribe, Gwari or the Gbagyi tribes, they are still the owner of the land till date, it has been the ancestral homeland of these people. They're farmers and cattle rearers. Abuja is the land of rocks, lofty hills and rocks are the common sight almost everywhere in the city.

The presidency lives in a location known as "Aso Rock" there's the "Zuma Rock", as high as a three storey building. These rocks are permanently, standing strong and firm from age to age, very unshakable, the indigenous people speak Hausa language but had to be relocated far away to the inner areas of Abuja vast land, and were compensated by the government with cash so the indigenous people has nothing again to say.

Looking at the topography of this city it's like houses are in the valleys and surrounded by rocks and hills almost everywhere. Abuja is a luscious land with fresh green grasses, the land is fruitful even for farmers. A very promising and productive land althrough

Abuja was planned with a beffiting international mindset, having an overseas town planning at heart, the city layouts, government offices and zones, housing estates, the town is built in the segments of housing estates of which Gwarinpa is the largest estate in Abuja and even in west Africa, beautiful and well arranged.

Recreational parks, hotels, entertainment centers and services are excellently found every where. Abuja is a lively City that doesn't go to sleep any day or anytime. People here are socializing, mostly on weekends. You can see some friends hanging out on lounge or bars drinking, enjoying barbecue, or suya, and a certain type of roasted cow meat known as "kilishi" people in this city love life.

The Senate building and Senators, Federal house of representative members and all government headquarters in all the parastetals has their quality head quarters and offices in Abuja and workers are many too.

Houses rents, shops rents, landed properties and buying of dream houses are very expensive in Abuja. It's often referred to as a workers or a working class city of the rich, the wealthy, the affluence and the opulent class. Classic buildings, tall buildings, sky creepers, high rising well designed buildings and attractive buildings are everywhere. Some still doesn't have occupants yet their prices are too high.

Abuja is a vey organized city, but still has surbubs, low cost and low settlement dwellers living in hidden areas, village areas within the city that's how the city was organized and built. I mean, every high brow area has its own village areas too.

High brow areas are very classic, namely, Asokoro, Guzape, Maitama, Katampe extension, Wuse, Wuye, Utako, Mabuchi and Gwarinpa the largest estate in Abuja and in west Africa as it's referred to till date.

There are outright villagers and village environments separated from the classic areas. People know your class by where you live immediately you mentioned the name of your residential place. It's very distinct to know that.

**The city Federal housing authority built and are still designing and building the city, every land in Abuja belongs to the government, the indigenous people were relocated and were compensated by the government, Abuja still has so much vast and unbuilt lands.

The local areas with high density population
Although individuals still build houses and buys lands but it must be through a search of the documents through the Federal housing authority office, villagers don't sell lands in this city, Abuja. Abuja has a very articulate and organized pattern of planning and development to attend this quality of a city in Nigeria. That's why so many people love to dwell in Abuja, even if it's in the suburbs like Suleja, Mararaba, Lugbe, Magodo, Karu, Tungamagi, Bwarri, Zuba or other interior areas they can find to live in.

These and more places are the villages and surbub areas but people living there will still tell you that they live in Abuja, distances are very far away from the real city.

The weather condition in Abuja; as every other cities in the country, Abuja has two weather conditions... Rainy season that starts from March every year to October and then a very dry season that starts from November every year to another Match very rotational. The hottest season to be in Abuja is in the Months of January to March, hottness and dryness used to be very terrible, sunshine used to be at the extreme of....like 34°c -- 37°c
