When Vs What

As we experience life on a daily basis, we are offered choices on hard decisions and some not so hard, depending on the individual.

For instance, What to eat, What to wear, What car to buy/drive are some choices faced by individuals. These few decisions to make show a person that has the resources which provide options, unlike those without bougee resources are faced with different kind of questions.
For instance, When will I eat, When will I buy/drive a car, When will I wear good clothes.

So different people come across different choices to make with or without options to choose from; the question "What" and "When".

The difference between both is that "WHAT", deals with a situation that is specific, while "WHEN", has to do with timing which is unknown

So which of these lingers on your mind when it comes to the basic choices of life.
