Too Fast-Fast [Slow Down]

The sky cleared yesterday afternoon, so we took advantage of it and painted the metal bars and frames outside. We cleared the hamper just before evening, and then the rain poured. Alas! Two tasks have been crossed off our list this week, yay! It intrigued me, though, that as one gets done, another replaces it almost instantly. Sometimes I wonder if we are getting too ambitious. We seem to have endless projects and things to work on.

Recently, my sister asked if I was interested in joining them in their upcoming venture. I already knew about it, so I said yes without hesitation. We would be a silent partner; it wouldn't require our time, I thought. Then there was the mini-mart waiting to be stocked, plus certain things we deal with here in DD, not to mention the little distractions we allow into our days.

Thinking about it, these probably explain why we feel time flies, or maybe most of our days have already become somewhat routine and we need something to shake things up.

Anyway, before time zones out on me, let me get on with my usual mid-week hums on chain (i.e., slothly progress update).

There was an increase of 80 HIVE for week 28th, bringing the savings to 1462 liquid HIVE as of this writing. I keep missing the chance to grow it quickly, but I think it is better that way so that not everything goes fast-fast, as someone I know puts it. At least something stays slow😁

Meanwhile, it's an official holiday in the region, and someone dear is celebrating his 39th birthday, inviting us to slow down and savor one of life's joys and blessings.
