So recently I saw "Ready Player One". A Steven Spielberg adaptation of the Ernest Cline novel of the same name. I was blown away. It's basically everyone's fantasy filled with Pop-culture references that are so fun to follow. Set in the not to distant future, people can escape to a virtual reality world known as The Oasis. They go on adventures to earn loot that can be used to buy stuff in the game or the real world. Action packed, great effects, good story that kept me engaged. I think this one slipped under most people's radar so I'm giving it a shout out! Rent it, download it, take it out to dinner, do whatever you have to do to see this film.
