How to Make Wonton/ 如何做家常馄饨
和大家分享一下家常馄饨的制作方法。
Wonton is one of the most common Chinese breakfast. I gonna share how to make wonton here.
准备材料:
what you need:
-猪肉末( ground pork)
-香菇 (mushroom)
-葱 (minced green onion)
-调料:生抽,生粉,蚝油,花椒油,香油,盐,糖。(soy sauce, starchy flour, oyster sauce, peppercorn chili oil, sesame seed oil, salt and sugar)
步骤:
-猪肉末加生粉搅拌均匀。
-锅内倒油加少量花椒烧热后将油倒入猪肉末里(花椒要倒掉哦)
-葱切末拌入猪肉末里
Steps:
-Add starchy flour in ground pork.
-put minced green onion and peppercorn chili oil in the ground pork and stir up.
-香菇焯水切碎倒入猪肉末
-倒入生抽,蚝油,盐,少量糖和少量香油拌匀
静放置1个小时就可以包啦
-put mushroom into boiling water for about 3 minutes.
-cut up the mushrooms and put them into the ground pork
-Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and some sesame seed oil.
-Have the meat placed there 60 min
最终的劳动成果/This is the final achievement!
如何烹饪?放在开水中,大约保持开水10min左右就可以捞出来吃了,配着高汤更美味。
How to cook? Have the wonton cooked in boiling water. After 10min, you can enjoy it! It can be more delicious with soup.
