Rasnov Fortress

Hello!

Today I'm going to present you a beautiful fortress that I visited it last summer. It is an old fortress, of the XIV century and it is one of the best preserved fortified ensembles in Transylvania.

Rasnov Fortress has a simple architectural style, close to the construction of the usual houses, adapted to the fortification requirements, the medieval air preserving itself even after 500 years of existence.

The fortress had two yards inside the walls: one exterior was people use to have their market and one interior

The interior yard was beautiful too. Now it is a touristic attraction with different activities:
