Is Waking up in the Morning truly a Necessity?

For long life and long telomeres, those "end caps" to our chromosomes which are a primary indictator of our lifespan, waking up with the sun is an essential necessity for sure.
The SCN, aka Supra Chiasmic Nucleus is a peptide and neurotransmitter containing area of the brain, tightly linked to your eyes.
It resides in your "master gland" more commonly known as your Pituitary.
It's right above your optic chiasma, which, if you want to look at it from a certain perspective, means it's like your central clock that sets all the other clocks in your body organs.
Can you guess what the main contributing factor is that controls this amazing area of the pituitary?
Light.
And, the only natural light that we had on planet earth that was the greatest influencer of the SCN was the sun.
In the am, the sun, via your eyes, when not blocked by filters (glass/glasses for example) not only sets this clock so it's spinning fast enough and in sync with the 24 hr planetary rhythm, it directly produces DOPAMINE, your main neurochemical for reward and motivation.
