Sliding On the Road to Recovery ...literally. With the initial visit with #themanfromtheforest

This is the first ride up to meet the amazing people at www.sticksandstoneswildernessschool.com and www.livingfromheart.ca who are people that care for everyone and the land.

Nature connection and art, flow through them to youth and aldults alike.

I was lucky to spend more than 10 months there as part of my final year of "recovery from recovery"

You will begin to understand why I say this if you follow my story. If your a parent of a millennial, well, you could be in the pit still and your kids have a super high chance.

Without this "lucky hack" that I got to do (complete disconnection from the modern world.... and immersion in an environment with low technology (they also use technology..they just are not staring at their phones like the average person. Call them. You might get an answer, but, most likely you will leave a message. They will get back to you depending on how important it is. Always. But, the devices do not rule their lives.

Anyway, here is a fun video of us sliding back down the last big hill. I have pics of my car also stuck on the other side of the same hill...just before I came back down to..the big smoke. Toronto.
