Weekend experience | Province life ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’—

Hi hivers, have a nice day! It's me, Hyundais. I really missed blogging, and I apologize for the delayed update. Now I'm here and I would like to share about the province I live in, Caduawan Tabogon Cebu, and we will find a TAKDONG side of our house๐ŸŒ. Before I start, I would like to say thank you to the people who continuously support my blogs.

On July 14 2024, my cousin convinced me to find a spot on the side of our house to look for a takdong, and I agreed. We started looking for a takdong at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We walked slowly for our safety.

Under our house, I saw many big trees and bamboo trees. By the way, this is my first time coming here under our house because I'm afraid I might see animals, as people say there are a lot of snakes in this place.

While we walked around, we saw that the takdong was very healthy. As you can see in the picture of the takdong, my cousin was an expert in finding it. He said that the takdong's favorite spot is under the small coconut trees. I am happy to have this kind of experience in the province

But the saddest part is when we find that takdong under the coconut trees, I saw a small snake on top of the coconut leaves that make's me scared.๐Ÿ

At 3:30, my cousin and I planned our next steps and decided to go back to our house just because of this little snake. Hehe

After a few minutes, we were at our house and I washed the takdong shells first. I put them into the boiling water. A minute ago, after 10 minutes of boiling, I used a small pin to take the takdong out of their shells. After that, I washed the takdong again and removed the dirty parts.

After a few minutes, Takdong was ready to cook, and my cousin and I cooked this Takdong very well, helping each other to do it quickly.

The ingredients we use are one piece of garlic, one piece of onion, one piece of Ginger, ten piece of sili labuyo. We wait for a minute, and after that, we put the takdong in the calderine and add the soy sauce. We wait for a minute again. We are waiting for the takdong to be fried.

And this is it! Takdong is already cooked and smells good, the favorite exotic food in our province. We enjoy eating this kind of food with my family.

That's all for today. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for your time and support on my blogs. Your support is greatly appreciated. God bless you all. See you in my next blog!
