This took much longer than expected. Setting up the payment to buy the crypto.
I ended with Binance. And I will use sepa payment.
Going to try a test deposit of €20 tomorrow. Once I do that the address is set and I won't need to worry about getting it wrong.
Photo ID. Then address. Then proof of the first address with another address proof. Had to wait to get the second one mailed out. But obstacles are to over come things.
